Care Instructions

Basic Care:
Machine wash cold water on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and with like colors only. Tumble dry low heat until fill is completely dry. Remove from the dryer immediately. To maintain even distribution of fill, re-fluff or shake throughout the dry cycle. Only use non-chlorine bleach when needed. Do not dry clean. Do not iron.

Horrible customer service

"Ordered 2 sets of new sheets and a cooling comforter for a new bed. It was supposed to come with a free duvet insert. The insert never arrived. The comforter also had weird green stains on it. I asked for a return and they asked for pictures. I sent pictures and then they tried to blame the carrier so they asked for pictures of the packaging, Over a week after supplying all the pictures they still have not responded. I will be contacting my credit card company on Mandy to dispute the charge of the comforter. They also sent mismatched colored sheets but at this point that’s the least of my concerns. I will not be ordering from here again. Hope they get your order right or it’s a nightmare."
